EDGE Steak & Bar Celebrates Five Years

Friday, December 9th from 6:30PM to 9PM at the EDGE Terrace

Modern steakhouse debuts new menu, Whisk(e)y Bar and more.

On the cusp of Brickell emerging as the entertainment and dining center that it is today, EDGE Steak & Bar opened its doors five years ago, introducing a modern steakhouse lite concept helmed by Aussie native Executive Chef Aaron Brooks, recognized today as “Miami’s Man of Meat” and one of the city’s “Hot Shot Chefs.”

A staple amidst the city’s burgeoning culinary scene, EDGE celebrates their five-year anniversary with a party on EDGE terrace Friday, December 9th from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. The evening will preview new menu selections soon to make their debut, as well as an introduction to the new beverage concept – a Whisk(e)y Bar featuring approximately 100 labels from around the world. Chef Aaron will be joined by his Miami ‘mates, Niven Patel of Ghee Indian Kitchen, Rene Reyes of Pinch Kitchen, Steve Santana of Taquiza, William Crandall of Izzy’s Fish & Oyster, some of the city’s finest local breweries, including The Tank Brewing Co. and J Wakefield Brewing, a pop-up punch bowl station by Chat Chow TV’s Gio Gutierrez and a whiskey hot chocolate station by Carolina Quijano of Exquisito Chocolates.

Tickets are available for $55, plus a processing fee, and include a selection of bites and beverage in an approachable Miami setting.
