Will there be refreshments?

Yes we provide Cacao. Water. Tea and some raw vegan nibbles.

Do I need to bring anything extra?

A yoga mat and blanket would be beneficial for the relaxation at the end.

Whatever makes you feel comfortable to dance, move and lie down in. There are no rules. You can wear gym wear, or dress up like you’re at a festival.

Elevate Ecstatic Dance – Salisbury

Saturday 11th October

Everyone is welcome. Join us for a magical evening of movement, music, and connection.

We begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony with Dee Jodel, followed by a transformative Ecstatic Dance journey guided by Jenna Elevates and DJ Fribbo. Let the music move you, release what no longer serves, and step into alignment with your truest self.

The evening will close with deep relaxation, a sharing circle, and a warm social space with tea, offering you the chance to ground, connect, and integrate and make new friends.

This is a welcoming and grounded space where all are invited to dance, express, and simply be. No experience is needed, just bring yourself, an open heart, and comfortable clothes to move in.
