St Michaels is a short walk from Ewell West Station with regular trains from Waterloo. If driving, you can park on Castle Street for free after 6.30pm and at any one of the paid for parking sites in Ewell Village.

Wear something comfortable. You can bring your own yoga mat if you have one, a pillow and a blanket (we have spare so don't worry if you forget)

What if I cant lay down on the floor?

Chairs will be available. Please note that the hall is sadly not wheelchair friendly (3 small steps up into the main room)
