🌲EcoRECOVERY 🌲

It’s not just a walk in the woods — it’s a guided, mindful experience that helps you slow down, connect with nature, and reconnect with yourself.

Think deep breaths, quiet moments, and tuning into the healing rhythms of nature through all your senses. Reduce stress, Calm your nervous system, Deepen your roots of recovery. Come breathe in the medicine of the forest

No hiking boots or experience needed. Just you, nature, and time to rest. We host 1 hr sessions resting on mats, and 2 ½ hr moving about the land.

This event is the one hour session done resting on the earth.

Frequently asked questions

What can I expect?

One hour of guided nature based meditation. You will rest on a mat, towel, or if you are not comfortable laying down you can sit. Whatever you need to be comfortable for this short session.

What do I need to bring?

the most important thing to bring is an open heart and desire to gift yourself this session of self care! Other things to bring include: a yoga mat, towel, or even a camp chair if you prefer that. A bottle of water. *** IF YOU NEED TO BORROW A YOGA MAT JUST LET US KNOW!

Can I bring someone with me who isn't a person who has lived experience of addiction?

YES! We love it when people bring support family and friends! This is about community.

What if I want to do the longer 2 1/2 hour EcoRECOVERY?

I am excited to hear that! For the summer we are going to host the 1 hour sessions because of the heat. But stay tuned because we will be doing those longer sessions really soon!

How much does it cost to park at Fish Hatchery?

Day Use Parking: $5 Fee so after the session you can stay at the park all day! Go enjoy some swimming and explore the trails!

Are there bathrooms?

There are several port a potties in the parking lot area. We encourage attendees to use them prior to the start of the event.
