Fires, Floods and Low Impact Living
An intimate lunch and learn featuring two expert panels on the environmental consequences on wildfires and flooding and how those connect to energy efficient rebuilding.
Because of the devastating events that have occurred recently, we will be repurposing our Eco Cruise Home Tour to a more relaxed and informative lunch with panel discussions and Q & A. Hang out and eat some great food and enjoy a beer while listening to experts discuss the relationship of fires and flooding and their environmental ramifications and how knowledge of that relationship and of energy efficient, low impact building can increase the long-term viability of a structure and its natural surrounds.
Spend some time afterwards to ask all your imminent questions to the participants and hang out in the VIP area mingling with the environmental and building professionals!
Hang out afterwards for our Tiny Home and Low Impact Building Expo to talk to more professionals, tour a tiny home and listen to some great music by The Waido Experience!!
Cost: $5 (for lunch AND beer)
Location: Swing Station, Laporte
