Description

Eco Art Journeys presents a Soulful Soirée with music and poetry from artists, educators and activists to empower and give voice to women to heal and be their authentic selves. All these artists have amazing stories and will share their talents during this intimate evening to fundraise for the House Fund of the Padre Ramos Women's Collective in Nicaragua.

These women from the collective are disenfranchised and displaced, their homes were washed away, and with the help of several organizations and individuals's fundraising efforts, they are now on their way to have a roof over their heads. Their collective was donated a farm, and the funds raised are being used to build homes for them. The first home is up now, and there are 9 more to go.
The cost of the house is $10k each, and they each need to come up with $300 ( which is A whole lot of money for them) so this fundraiser will support their "downpayment".

The local NGOs involved such a Speroway, Togetherwork and Techo are building houses and bringing hundreds of volunteers to one of the poorest areas of this country, othee private companies and individuals also also committed to help fundraise for this cause. There is also work being done towards a vocational training school for them and a clinic among other projects.

There are only 35 spots! So don't wait! Get your ticket now!!
