Description

Get ready to make these delightful French style pastries. With a light, crispy shell, decadent pastry cream fillings and deep, dark chocolate glaze, how can anyone resist? Included in this class, each participant will go home with an éclair piping tip. Come join us to learn the techniques for making these delicacies at home. Pâte à Choux Dough, Pastry Creams and Dark Chocolate Ganache. A light snack will be served.

This class will be held in Salt Lake City, at our new teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street. Included with your class are recipes, ingredients, and all the tools you will need. *Menu items are subject to change. There is no minimum experience necessary. Closed-toe shoes are required. We will not serve anybody visually inebriated. If you have a drink before your event, we may not serve you liquor during the program. In extreme cases, you will be asked to leave and given a credit for a different class. Seats will sell out quickly so book now to reserve your spot.

One guest is $65
Two guests are $60 each
Three guests are $55 each
Four or more guests are $50 each

If you are unable to attend class, you may have a family member or friend come in your place. *We reserve the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In consideration for your participation in this cooking class, and by purchasing the admission fee for this program, you and your guests acknowledge, agree and understand that you assume the risks associated with the culinary activity you and/or your guests are participating in. Such risks may include, but are not limited to, the risk of physical injury or harm. You further agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless Park City Culinary Institute LLC, and its employees and agents, from any and all claims arising out of an injury, disability, or death resulting from your and/or your guest's participation in culinary classes. This waiver specifically includes any claims made by you arising from the alleged negligent acts of Park City Culinary Institute LLC, its employees, and agents.”
