About this event
Join us on the evening of Sunday, January 29th for a fine dining experience benefiting Austin’s own Operation Turkey. This event starts with live music, passed hors d'oeuvres and cocktail hour with bubbles and libations at 5pm.
This is our first wild game dinner experience since 2016 and Eberly has promised a special treat for all in attendance. We've assembled an amazing collaboration of local Chefs:
- Eberly Chefs Sarah Seghi and Connor Gilbreath
- Swift's Attic Executive Chef Donnie Forehand
…each Chef brings their diverse background to create magic in the kitchen! The dinner will consist of a three-course meal served family style, complimentary wine, and libations from Copper Shot Distillery will be served during the event.
All wild game served at the event will be ethically sourced from Double G Ranch in Spring Branch, Texas. Each course will include a variety of Pere David Deer, Axis Deer, Aoudad Sheep, and more. Double G Ranch successfully breeds 20 local and exotic animals; offering the highest quality wild game available.
This unique experience is limited to 100 people for $125* per plate with the proceeds directly benefiting Operation Turkey. (*An Eventbrite fee of $9.24 will be added to each ticket at checkout.)
