The menu includes 4 small plates:
- Kale and kabocha squash salad (a recipe from Chris's book)
- Chorizo stuffed pork lion (from Shauna's cookbook; made with homemade chorizo and pork from the farm)
- Roasted chicken salad with apples, golden raisins and tarragon in butter lettuce cups
- Cauliflower roasted with cocoa powder and smoked paprika
All tickets include one FREE copy of Chris's book which teaches you how to adapt the Paleo approach to fit your personal lifestyle and goals.
Chris's three-step approach is designed to be flexible and user-friendly, with helpful charts, quizzes, and effective action steps to help you lose weight, reverse disease, and stay fit and healthy for life. Reset your diet, rebuild your life and revive your health.
