This workshop will be lead by Kelsey Schuring, Registered Dietitian with WMU Dining Services. She will instruct you on how to make healthy choices in the WMU dining halls that are inline with the 2010 dietary guidelines. This will be an interactive course that will include a live food demonstration and samples.
We notify participants in advance if workshops are cancelled due to low enrollment. If you register for a workshop and then cannot attend please call 387-3263 to cancel. Late arrivals may not be allowed in workshops. Student parking is NOT available at Sindecuse Health Center for these workshops.
