Chef Mike Behrend of Green Vegetarian Cuisine is partnering with Cheryl Lindeman and Dr. Janet Rowe for a Holiday Vegetarian Cooking and Nutrition Class on Sunday, Dec. 7, 5-8 p.m.
Included will be a recipe demonstration and tasting of holiday vegetarian dishes, Health Magazine and a nutrition lecture and tutorial tips about Vitamin D deficiency by Dr. Janet Rowe.
The class is free and open to the public. Just RSVP so we know how many to expect.
