Description
First, join us on Friday evening June 6th at 6:30 for an informative presentation, Nutrition for a Healthy Family, in which we will take a hard look at all of the modern dietary dogma, sifting fact from fiction as we attempt to deduce just what consistutes a truly healthy diet. What nutrients are really needed, which foods best provide those nutrients, and how best to acquire them; while learning which foods should be avoided and why.
Then on Saturday the 7th from 9-3 join us for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, an intensive hands-on workshop as Maureen teachs you how to maximize nutrition & flavor while getting the most value from the farm-fresh products you purchase, from animal foods to vegetables. A special emphasis will be placed on the healing power of foods, and making changes in preparation and materials to promote gut, and overall, health. Includes breakfast, lunch, & starters.
The following Saturday, the 14th, we have two half-day workshops for you.
