Description

EAT, SING, CONNECT!
Friday Evening Shabbat Dinner and Celebration

It's easy to lose track of what matters most, whether because we are caught up in the hassles of daily life, stressed by the news, or facing big life challenges.

Shabbat, which literally means "stop," is a time to step back and unplug so we can connect with what is most important in our lives.

Join us for song, candles, food, meaningful conversation, and reconnection. No experience is necessary.

We will share challah, wine or juice, and a vegetarian potluck dinner.

WHO: All are welcome. No experience is necessary, and you don’t need to be Jewish to draw on the universal riches of Jewish tradition! Feel free to invite friends.

HOW: RSVPs accepted through Thursday, November 16. Space is limited. We will contact you about bringing a vegetarian potluck dish to share.

QUESTIONS: Contact Rabbi Bridget Wynne at rabbibridget@jewishgateways.org or 510-410-0662
