Eat For Equity: Paint The Town Pink!
Event Information
Description
Eat For Equity Stamford is celebrating its first birthday! Please join us as we honor a very special movement in Stamford, CT. Paint The Town Pink is a campaign that takes place every October to celebrate National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Paint the Town Pink stresses the importance of screening and early detection and spreads the word about the comprehensive breast care services available in the community. The initiative is spearheaded by Stamford Hospital’s Carl & Dorothy Bennett Cancer Center, which provides compassionate, patient-centered care from diagnosis through treatment and survivorship. A multidisciplinary team of board-certified physicians, oncology nurses and radiation therapists offers advanced surgical, medical and technological services in a warm, caring environment.
As always, Eat For Equity events are affordable for all with a suggestion donation of $15-20 but please feel free to give as you can. Simply claim your spot by Friday, October 11th and we'll take care of the rest! When you check in at the event, you can donate as you wish! All net proceeds from the event will go directly to the Stamford Hospital Foundation to benefit Paint The Town Pink.
