  • Learn simple food changes that you can make today that will provide you with the best results
  • It's not just about food. Learn how changes to other areas of your life effect your health

Class 2: Sept. 18th: Hidden Ingredients In Your Food

  • Discover what you should really be looking for when you read food labels
  • Learn industry tricks the food companies use to get you to buy their products
  • Find out if your favorite health food is really a healthy choice

Class 3: Oct. 2nd: Crazy About Caffeine

  • Learn to recognize how caffeine is effecting your life
  • Find all the hidden places caffeine is lurking
  • Discover how nutrition can help reduce symptoms that caffeine causes

Class 4: Oct. 16th: Sugar Blues

  • Discover the top 3 ways sugar may be affecting the quality of your life
  • Begin to explore where sugar is hiding
  • Identify the best ways to put sugar in it’s place so you can live a more full life

Class 5: Oct. 30th: Eating For Energy

  • Learn what foods are actually slowing you down and depleting your energy
  • Find out the best foods to eat to increase your energy
  • Learn how to time your eating to maximize your energy

Class 6: Nov. 13th: Deconstructing Cravings

  • Learn how to understand what your body is really saying when you crave something
  • Find out how to work with your cravings and restore balance to your body
  • Discover healthy substitutions that will satisfy your cravings

This is a 6-class series. Sign up for four or more classes to get a discounted rate of $60 per class or enjoy a single class for $75.00. Cost includes class handouts, instruction, demonstrations and sample tastings.

Cancellation Policy:  There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee per registrant up to a week before classes begin.  After that, no refunds will be accepted.

We are health coaches dedicated to raising awareness on how to live a healthy, active life. We help our clients by taking a hands on approach to educate, nurture and support them to make life long changes to enable them to be the best person they can be!
