Easy Composting

Zero Waste Marin and Marin County cordially invites you to attend a free informational workshop to learn how to compost your yard trimmings and food scraps.


Be a Winner – Attend a Free Workshop

By attending a free home composting class you will have a chance to enter a drawing to win a free home composting bin with a retail value of more than $100. Everyone is a winner – by learning how to compost we all win because we are part of the solution to help keep our environment healthy. All who attend will receive a free kitchen compost pail and a $25 discount on the purchase of a new compost bin.

Composting your yard trimmings and food scraps is easy, great for your yard and garden, and is kind to our environment. Compost is good for you because you can save water, conserve valuable natural resources, and save money too!

About the presenter:

Known as the "Waste Sleuth," Todd Sutton has over 25 years of experience in the environmental field with emphasis on sustainability and waste prevention.

Todd is a passionate and charismatic public speaker who has enlightened and educated thousands on sustainable materials management, recycling, reuse, and composting.
