For Mums, Dads, Carers & babies
Our 45 minute long classes start with a moderate warm-up walk, moving onto a power walk/jog to raise our heart rates. This is when we start to burn fat! Each class includes group exercises specifically selected to strengthen and tone particular muscle and build overall stamina which we aim to help us cope with the demands of mother/Father-hood.
The classes will also include health and diet tips and techniques and of course the chance to chat and make new friends.
