Event description

Description

Science fiction inspires new images of space travel and future technology, but visions of the future also examine attitudes towards sexism, racism, violence and other injustices. Using our imagination we will challenge the status quo to create alternative playable realities of the near future.

Who controls the future? Let's examine issues of identity politics, religion, feminism, race relations, economic disparity, and our often unacknowledged and rich histories.

Join us at the CSU East Bay Game Jam this May 12 - 14. The event is free and open to all CSU East Bay students, staff and faculty, their accompanying friends and family and partner organizations. Under 18 must be in accompanied by legal university affiliated guardian at all times.
