Join us for a guided tour of the historic East Perth Cemeteries, where many of the Swan River Colony's early residents are buried.
National Trust Guide Diana Frylinck will give us an introductory talk in St Bartholemew’s Church before leading us on an orientation to the site, after which we will be able to explore the cemetery at our own pace with handouts.
Light refreshments will be available in the church at the start of the talk.
At 3pm, a talk on Georgiana Molloy is being hosted at the Church as part of Perth Heritage Days. Registrations necessary via the Perth Heritage Days website.
The walk is a free event but donations are very welcome on the day.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking is available at several parking areas around the cemetery site.
Claisebrook Station is a relatively easy uphill walk to the site.
A good level of mobility is needed in the cemetery grounds.
