1) Ironmind Silver Bullet Hold

A genuine IronMind CoC Silver Bullet weight may either be an IronMind CoC Silver Bullet Disc or an IWF or IPF certified (calibrated) 2.5-kg plate.
The CoC Silver Bullet is inserted by the competitor no deeper than up to the top edge of the clear band, so that the script Captains of Crush® is legible, and so that all four fingers are in contact with the CoC gripper handle (dropping the pinky completely off the end of the gripper handle is expressly prohibited). The CoC Silver Bullet must be aligned with the handles of the gripper, which cannot overlap with the CoC Silver Bullet in what we call a three-point position.
Using one or two hands, the competitor closes the CoC gripper in his/her own time so that the two handles hold the CoC Silver Bullet in place and once this position has been achieved, and only one hand is holding the gripper shut, the referee gives the signal to start the clock. If the competitor fails to get a secure hold on the CoC Silver Bullet, s/he is allowed one chance to reset it.
The hand must be held with the gripper approximately vertical, and the referee may give one warning to correct the position. No contact between the lifting arm and the body is permitted.
Time stops when the Silver Bullet drops from the handles or when the referee observes any contact between the pinky and the CoC Silver Bullet, or any other illegal position. Athletes may choose any Ironmind CoC gripper they choose and will be allowed up to 3 attempts to receive their desired score.

2) Ironmind Apollon's Axle Double Overhand Deadlift

The athletes will each attempt to deadlift the IronMind Apollon’s Axle™ . Last Man Standing rules apply. Time starts when the implement is loaded, and athletes have 60 seconds to commence the lift, and may attempt the lift multiple times within the 60 second time limit. No grip aids other than chalk allowed. Athletes must grip axle with knuckles on both facing away from body (double overhand grip). Thumb less or locked thumb grip not allowed. Otherwise, standard power lifting rules (including Sumo style) apply; resting Axle on the thighs or any downward movement will NOT be allowed. Athletes must await referee’s down signal before returning the Axle back to the platform all the while maintaining the grip/contact with Axle.

3) Ironmind Rolling Thunder Single Arm Deadlift

The athletes will each attempt to dead lift with one hand the Ironmind Rolling Thunder® . Last Man Standing rules apply. Time starts when the implement is loaded, and athletes have 60 seconds to commence the lift, and may attempt the lift multiple times within the 60 second time limit. No grip aids other than chalk allowed. Athlete can use either hand and must grip the center of each handle. Thumb less or locked thumb grip not allowed. Athletes must await referee’s down signal before returning the implements back to the platform all the while maintaining the grip/contact with implements. Highest weight lifted wins.

4) Sorinex Saxon Bar

The athletes will each attempt to deadlift the Sorinex Saxon Bar. Last Man Standing rules apply. Time starts when the implement is loaded, and athletes have 60 seconds to commence the lift, and may attempt the lift multiple times within the 60 second time limit. No grip aids other than chalk allowed. Athletes must grip axle with knuckles on both hands facing away from body (double overhand grip). Thumb less or locked thumb grip not allowed. Otherwise, standard power lifting rules (including Sumo style) apply; resting Saxon Bar on the thighs or any downward movement will NOT be allowed. Athletes must await referee’s down signal before returning the Saxon Bar back to the platform all the while maintaining the grip/contact with Saxon Bar.

5) Ironmind Little Big Horn

The lifter starts the lift with the lifting hand wrapped around the Little Big Horn. The lift must be performed with the Little Big Horn remaining approximately vertical and there may be no contact with the underside of the base of the Little Big Horn.
The lifter must stand up straight; once standing straight the lifter waits for a down signal from the referee before returning the weight to the ground. Contact must be maintained by the lifter's hand and the Little Big Horn until the weight is resting on the floor. The referee then indicates if the lift was accepted. The lifter is given 1 minute to complete the lift after his/her name is called; during that minute, there is no limit to how many times the lifter may try to complete the lift.Ordinary chalk (magnesium carbonate) may be used on the lifting hand, but nothing else is permitted (tacky, for example, is specifically disallowed).

6) The Payne by John Oka

Once the lifter' s name is called they will have 1 minute to successfully complete the lift. The implement must be grabbed using a key pinch style (monkey grip is prohibited.) Using one hand, the lifter must lift The Payne to a 6 inch crossbar. Once the crossbar is reached the lifter's hand must remain in contact with the implement until it is returned to the floor. no grip aids other than chalk is allowed.
