East India Company chef , Nitin Mehra and EIC sommelier Anish Mehra with special guest Paul Gault have created a five course South Asian tasting menu. Both innovative and true to classic flavours ; each course will be paired with Paul’s globally influenced gin and wine recommendations.
The evenings menu will include :
Tamarind Shrimp Tikka Masala
Malai and cardamom chicken tikka
Punjabi veg biryani/spiced baby eggplant/crispy okra
Garam masala rack of lamb with coconut curry
Chai Crème Brûlée
Wine/Gin pairings will be a surprise that evening.
Chef Nitin is a graduate of Both Algonquin culinary and Le Cordon Bleu with over twenty years of experience in South Asian cuisine.
Anish Mehra is graduate of Guelph Hospitality and has worked in hotels in Delhi since running operations with the East India Company
Paul Gault is a recognized Accredited Sommelier with a WSET Level 3 recognition in Wine and WSET Level 1 recognition in Saké.
