Celestina Billington & BikeHouston will host a social art ride through East End Houston to explore murals. The ride will culminate on the Navigation Esplanade for the celebration of Piñatafest 2018 Sculpture Exhibition presented by the East End Foundation.

Celestina is a performance artist, grant writer, and outreach coordinator from Houston who recently directed the East End community project Sacred Voice of the Bayou, an original production featuring sculpture, space, and music.
