East Bay Eden: An evening of Art, Architecture, and Arbor benefiting The Plant Exchange
Saturday, September 22, 2018
5:00pm-7:30pm
Our inaugural fall fundraising event will take place at the 1913 Bernard Maybeck designed Guy Hyde Chick House, named after its first owner. The Fundraiser is a celebration of the Oakland community and its rich history of art, architecture, and arbor. As a patron supporter of this year’s Fundraiser, you will be helping to raise funds and support our Community Engagement and Education initiatives, continue to support and raise awareness for our organization, and keep our premiere event, the March Plant Exchange, free to the community.
Enjoy curated Botanical Garden, Art, and Architecture Tours, entertainment, and a Silent Auction
Hors d'oeuvres, wine, and beer will be served
Garden Party attire and comfortable shoes requested
Parking available
All proceeds benefit The Plant Exchange, Inc.'s efforts to reduce waste through re-homing plants, educating on sustainable gardening practices, and supporting community growth.
