About this Event

Join the East Bay business community, international partners, and U.S. government offices for the 4th annual International Trade & Investment Forum, an evening of business cultivation, and strengthening ties with international trade partners.

Keynote Speaker:

Bud Colligan is Senior Advisor for International Affairs and Trade at the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz). He was appointed by Governor Gavin Newsom in March 2019 to oversee GO-Biz’s international activities. Colligan has a long career in international business, economic development, and tech management. He was previously co-Founder and co-Chairman of the Monterey Bay Economic Partnership from 2014 to 2019. He was a partner at Accel Partners from 1998 to 2015 and Chief Executive Officer at Macromedia from 1989 to 1997. He held multiple positions at Apple from 1983 to 1988, including International Product Manager-Macintosh and Director of Higher Education Marketing. Colligan has a BSFS from Georgetown University and an MBA from Stanford University.
