For our 11th pop up restaurant event we’re tackling the most classic of all American dishes: the hamburger, on Saturday June 8th 2013 at 7pm.
We’ll be circumnavigating the USA as we examine and cook the recipes of the 4 claimants who have the sturdiest arguments as to being the inventor of the form.
