Description

A culture of peace is an integral approach to preventing violence and armed conflicts, and an alternative to the culture of war and violence based on education for peace, the promotion of sustainable economic and social development, respect for human rights, equality between women and men, democratic participation, tolerance, the free flow of information and disarmament.

There are eight points presented by culture of peace 1.)Education for peace, the promotion of sustainable economic and social development, respect for human rights, equality between women and men, democratic participation, tolerance, the free flow of information and disarmament

UN security council resolution 2250 provides five pillars 1) Participation 2) protection 3) Prevention 4) partnership 5) Disengagement and reintegration Which will be trained during the Expo we will have a training on it. Certificate of participation will be awarded to all the participants.

Nairobi to Dar ees salam culture expo & extravaganza. The biggest cultural show in east Africa on April 18th and 19th. During this day we will conduct a culture of peace training and United Nation Security council Resolution 2250 (youth, peace & security)
