Do you experience some of the following?

• Weight gain, especially around the belly
• Hot flashes
Fatigue
• Worse premenstrual syndrome
• Lower sex drive
Breast tenderness
• Irregular periods
• Vaginal dryness; discomfort during sex
• Urinary urgency (an urgent need to urinate more frequently)
• Mood swings
• Trouble sleeping

If yes, and you're in your 40s or 50s, you are likely in transition to menopause, a phase known as perimenopause.

As awful as those symptoms sound, many of them can be improved with changes to your nutrition and exercise, along with sleep and hormone balancing solutions.

Join Dr. Erin Kasparek, Naturopathic Doctor and Lydia Di Francesco, Certified Personal Trainer for an interactive and informative workshop which will leave you with practical and simple solutions to ease the transition and lessen perimenopausal symptoms.

• Nutritional tips for stabilizing weight and hormonal changes

• Practical sleep and mood balancing solutions

• The difference between natural solutions, bio-identical hormones, and synthetic hormones (and whether you actually need hormone therapy)

• The role exercise plays during perimenopause

• The best type of exercise you can do and how often you should exercise
