In the "Easing Anxiety" Workshop, Kelly offers an explanation of the root causes of anxiety and 10 tips and tools to shift out of a state of anxiety, into a state of ease.
In this workshop we’ll put change, uncertainty, and anxiety into perspective by observing how we feel about what’s happening, remembering we have a choice about how we want to feel about events in our lives.
We will empower ourselves so that our anxiety will dissolve.
Before founding Anchor Meditation Kelly was a mother of two working a demanding corporate job in San Francisco. She struggled with constant stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. She needed a space to breathe. And for the sake of her family, and her own health, she began a daily meditation practice.
Today, Kelly is a certified meditation teacher, Breathwork facilitator, and Reiki practitioner. She has spent a lifetime cultivating resources to help you connect with your calm--especially for difficult times like these
