When you are in a stressful situation your brain and body jump up a gear to deal with it. However, when the situation becomes long term your body finds it difficult to maintain the high energy level required and your brain feels as if it is fighting a never ending battle. This results in physical and mental exhaustion.
Whilst some situations need a practical solution (which might not be obvious or available) being able to bring some calmness and energy into your life can make a positive difference.
A calmner mind finds it easier to take advantage of opportunities, bring some balance and make better decisions. It also promotes better sleep and a stronger immune system.
In this workshop I will share a selection of my top tips for managing emotions such as stress, anxiety, anger, frustration and uncertainty that are suitable for use in many different types of situations. These have helped many of my clients and workshop attendees.
I will be teaching a version of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) that I find especially helpful, some helpful breathing and some additional practical and mental ways to calm your mind. There will also be a handout that you can use as a reminder after the event.
You don't need to share any information. The event takes place through Zoom and you have the choice to attend with your video switched off and with your name blank if you want to remain completely anonymous. However there will be the chance to ask questions if you want to.
For most of my events I am currently asking for a donation rather than a fixed price to give everyone the opportunity to benefit from what I am offering.
