Recently Jane has provided comprehensive advice to a number of landlords and tenants in relation to all property issues arising in respect of earthquake prone properties, including advice on lease drafting.


Tim Clarke
Partner

An experienced health and safety lawyer, Tim Clarke advises clients on creating and maintaining a safe workplace, including systems, policies and procedures that ensure compliance and minimise risk, through to managing health and safety investigations and prosecutions. Recently he has advised a large number of clients in relation to their health and safety obligations in relation to earthquake-prone buildings.
