About this Event

If you are in Houston this Sunday, we are going to have a fabulous evening walking the labyrinth and learning how to connect directly with Mother Earth. Please watch the video link below before the event.

Do you know about Earthing or Grounding? It is our birthright to be directly connected to the Earth. Studies show that being directly connected to the Earth via skin contact quells inflammation. Grounding also supports the nervous system by changing the fight or flight response into s more calm and peaceful state. Come learn about the benefits of a Grounding/Earthing practice.

A guided experience to create inner peace and well being. We will discover and explore the practice of Earthing/Grounding and learn why it's critical to the health of our bodies, minds and to our connection with our essential self. Walking the labyrinth barefoot will ground us and create a peaceful meditative state. We will touch plants and trees and discover the energetic medicine they each provide.

A sense of peace or answers to unspoken questions can come as one walks meditatively through the 4 quadrants towards the rosette design in the center of the stone labyrinth at St. Thomas, located in a beautiful garden setting outdoors next to the Chapel of St Basil. The labyrinth is created after the 11-circuit design of the 13th century labyrinth in Chartres Cathedral in France. It is enveloped by a rose garden, 3 fountains and 3 benches representing the trinity, including an additional bench representing man.

Diandra Sare Rhodes will lead us on our labyrinth walk and Lynne Arial will guide the Earthing/Grounding part of the evening. Come join us for a wonderful experienced of joyful connection and new beginnings!

We're asking a love offering of $25 for the evening. If that doesn't work for you, please give what you can!!! We want you with us!!!
