James Golub, founder for United Earth Builders
Specifically we focus on earthbag/superadobe construction and are typically sub-contracted and/or consult for Owner/Builders, Architects, Engineers and Contractors. We specialize in Earthbag (also known as Superadobe) Construction which focuses on simple and minimalist design, artful architecture, and environmental mindfulness. Earthbag/superadobe homes have traditionally been built by hand and therefore only attainable by DIY'ers or coincided with an overly expensive price tag. In order to bring the cost to a comparable rate, and to complete them in a timely manner, we have mechanized the process with the Earth Home Builder (research with this method in regard to domes is ongoing).

Don Worley, Super-Adobe Teacher and Builder
Don first studied and taught about earth-building (super-adobe) at the Cal-Earth Institute for four years, and is now a free-lance builder and consultant for hire for earth-bag/super-adobe building projects. Local to the Southwest, Don is an enthusiast for dry-lands natural-building with experience in drafting and design, as well as expertise in research and development regarding lime and ancient cements. With an interest in one day building his own adobe abode, Don means to explore best earthen-building practices through the teachings of the five elements: Earth, Air, Water, Fire, and Fiber.
