Description

This Earth Day, Ocean Hyland begins her artist residency for the week at Noons Creek Hatchery. James Harry will be there to help her on her first day and she will be there all week.

Other events being presented by the Port Moody Ecological Society at the Noons Creek Hatchery. Project Manager: Tasha Faye Evans.

Three Gift making workshops for the Give Away will be offered (more details will be posted).

1. May 24 and 31 from 6:30-9:00pm (over two evenings) Angela George is offereing a Coast Salish Wool Weaving Workshop in this workshop that is held over two evenings. $30 - registration required

2. June 3 from 1:00-4:00pm Tsawaysia Alice Guss will be teaching a Cedar Weaving workshop. $30 - registration required

3. Community Cultural share. TBC

National Indigenous Day June 21 - Coast Salish Blessing Ceremony from 6:00 - 8:30pm.

We are located over the footbridge to the very right of the Port Moody Recreation Centre.
