Earth Day Kids Nature Walk

We invite you and your little ones to join us for our 2nd Annual Earth Day Kids Nature Walk presented by Clarke County Hospital and the Clarke County Conservation Board! This event will feature tree planting and a special nature walk. Beth Brown, Osceola's wild bird expert, will teach the little ones all about the sights and sounds of native birds specific to Iowa with the help of some of her most special feathered friends!

Online registration will close Monday, April 17 at noon. Participants who register on or before Monday, April 17 at noon will receive a kids t-shirt the day of the walk and a set of kids planters gloves! Event check-in open from 9:00 - 9:30 am on April 22. The Kids Nature Walk will begin at 10:00 am. A parent photo ID and ticket confirmation will be required at check-in. Children 6 and under must be accompanied by an adult. No registration is required for adults accompaning children on the Kids Nature Walk. Parking is limited. Carpooling is recommended for larger groups.
Strollers are not recommended on the nature walk but are allowed in the campground area. The nature walk trail may be muddy. Please come prepared with the proper attire for an outdoor adventure!
* Event will take place rain or shine. If severe weather develops, refunds will not be available and this event will not be rescheduled. Participants who register on or before Monday, April 17 at noon will still receive their event t-shirt and gift bag at a designated pick-up location. This information will be shared on our event Facebook page the day of the event.
