Join the Ravenswood Community Council for an interactive public art and sustainability workshop on Earth Day 2023!
On Saturday April 22 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, come build pollinator nests to be included in Pino, a pollinator habitat/sculpture in the Ravenswood Sculpture Garden! Drop in for as long as you like to help assemble nesting materials. The workshop will be led by artists Janet Austin and Emily Moorehead-Wallace and is free and open to all ages.

The Ravenswood Community Council (501c3) is a network of passionate residents, professionals, and institutions devoted to promoting a vibrant, creative, healthy, sustainable, and connected community. Our work includes greening, sustainability, and public art projects, such as the Berteau Greenway Bioswales and the Ravenswood Sculpture Garden. RCC initiatives include: generating resident and student involvement in community events; supporting local professional artists with programming and resources; advocating for affordable housing; increasing access to resources for seniors; and advising the Greater Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce on issues that impact the arts and sustainability.
