This years event will feature the following vendor categories:

Small Table: $175

6' table top standard (1)

Table skirt and (2) chairs provided

Includes one (1) weekend pass to vendor space only

Large Table: $300

6' table top standard (2)

Table skirts and (4) chairs provided

Includes one (1) standard weekend convention pass to Earp Expo

Booth: $550*

8' table top standard (4)

Table skirts and (4) chairs provided

Includes two (2) standard weekend passes to Earp Expo

ALL APPLICATIONS/PAYMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 1st, 2020. FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED.

Space is limited and no applications will be considered after the deadline.

Please Note:

· No real weapons of any kind may be sold. This includes but is not limited to steel replica swords, knives, throwing stars, or blades of any kind. Items such as pepper spray, tasers, or any projectile weapons such as crossbows, arrows, or blow guns are not allowed.

· All materials on display must be kept to a PG-13 rating.

· Banners and displays should not protrude from your space or exceed a height of 15 feet without prior convention management approval.

· All materials in your booth should be licensed or original. Bootleg material is never allowed and could result in a permanent ban from current/future events.

· Food and Beverage Sales are not approved or permitted by vendors at Earp Expo 2020

*GROUP BOOTH: If you intend to split your space, we will require an EMAIL from both applicants for review and approval.
