In April 2016, at a New York Law School ADR CLE program, Judge Raymond Kramer and his colleagues from several municipal agencies unveiled a new initiative offering early intervention workplace conflict mediation and conflict resolution services to all City agencies and employees in an effort to improve workplace comity and effectiveness and avoid costly, adversarial, and time and resource intensive administrative proceedings. Judge Kramer will return a year later to report on the progress of that initiative.
