Please note that each member of the team must register themselves.  We suggest a combination of teachers, principal or lead administrator, guidance director or counselor, middle school principal or counselor, higher ed contact, school board member and central office. 

The meeting will take place on February 2 from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. EST at:

Registrations must be received by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 24th. 

Free parking is available in the visitor lot upon entering the campus (to the right when pulling into the parking lot). Enter through Door 11 and follow the signs to locate the room. There will also be CELL staff assisting to locate the room.

Please check in on-site starting at 8:00 a.m. outside of the meeting room to receive materials and to ensure PGP credit.

Attire is casual. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages will be provided. Please indicate vegetarian or food allergies in your registration.

Hotel Information:

Those requiring overnight accommodations may request them in their registration. CELL will cover the cost of the room and tax for the night of February 1st and will make all hotel reservations on behalf of the attendees. Additional room nights & tax are the financial responsibility of the attendees. Incidental charges will also be the responsibility of the guest. Credit cards will be requested upon check-in for incidental charges.

The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, free self-parking, complimentary Internet, 24-hour fitness center, onsite restaurant and bar area, a 24-hour cafe, and more. For additional amenties, please refer to the "Services and Amenities" tab on the hotel website.

All those who request overnight accommodations for this workshop will be placed in a double occupancy guest room with a member of their same school. Those who wish to occupy their own room (for personal reasons or if you are bringing a spouse/partner), we ask that you pay for half the total cost of the room & tax that will be billed to you at the hotel. Additional nights outside of the workshop dates will be charged to the individual at full cost. The full cost of each room night is $94 + tax (currently at 17%).

We will do our best to pair school attendees up based on your requests, so we strongly suggest discussing with your team in advance. Individuals or groups who wish to make alternate accommodations on your own at another hotel will be responsible for all associated costs. Odd numbers of attendees and guest rooms will be on a case by case basis.

Photo Release:
Photographs and videos may be taken at the Early College New Schools Workshop on September 8, 2017 at Ben Davis University High School. Photos and videos may appear on the CELL website and in promotional materials. Your attendance at this event indicates your consent to have your image photographed or videotaped, and your permission to be interviewed if appropriate.
