The School Of Dreams

Lafayette 148 is committed to giving back to our communities around the globe. In 2007, our founder, Shun Yen Siu, founded the School of Dreams in his hometown of Shantou, China after he discovered that many children in the community did not have access to public schooling and felt the overwhelming need to help.

The School of Dreams provides an equal opportunity for quality education to all children of migrant workers in Shantou. The school is based around Mr. Siu’s philosophy of “quality on the inside will reflect everywhere else,” and constantly finds ways to improve and expand its infrastructure. The School of Dreams is a private foundation, a tax exempt organization under IRC Sec. 501(c)(3).

What do I receive with my event ticket purchase?

By purchasing an Early Access ticket, you will receive access to Friends & Family Sale prices three days before the Sale opens to the public, plus an additional 50% off on May 23–24, 2022. Your ticket fee benefits the School of Dreams.

How will I receive access to shop the Online Warehouse Sale?

On May 23 at 12PM EST, you will receive an email with a link directing you to shop the Friends & Family Sale with an exclusive Early Access promo code. This promo code can be used at checkout, and will activate Friends & Family Sale prices, plus an additional 50% off for School of Dreams Benefit ticketholders. This code can also be redeemed at any Lafayette 148 Company Outlet store, from May 23 through May 24. Please make sure the email address you use to purchase your Early Access Friends & Family Sale ticket here is the same email subscribed to Lafayette 148 marketing emails. If the email address used is not subscribed, then you are giving Lafayette 148 New York permission to subscribe that email to the Lafayette 148 New York email list. How will I receive the additional 50% off?

The email you receive on May 23 at 12PM EST will also provide your Early Access discount code. To redeem your discount, you will enter the code provided into the ‘Promo Code’ field during checkout. You may also call our Digital Stylists at 1.888.448.1488 to assist you with your transaction. To redeem in store, please present your code to one of our store stylists.

How long is the additional 50% off valid for? The additional 50% off promo code is valid from May 23, 2022 at 12PM EST through 11:59PM EST on May 24, 2022 only.

Can I shop the Friends & Family Sale online and in store?

The Friends & Family Sale is available online at outlet.lafayette148ny.com and at any Lafayette 148 Company Outlet Store. Please note, your early access to Friends & Family Sale prices and your additional 50% off are valid online and in store May 23 and May 24, and available only through purchasing tickets to this sale. The Friends & Family Sale will be available to the public from May 26–30, 2022.

What is the refund policy? All sales of Friends & Family Sale Early Access tickets and merchandise are as-is and final. No refunds or exchanges.

Can I update my registration information? Yes, the registration information can be updated by the purchaser on the Eventbrite event page. Any updates should be made before 12:00 AM EST on May 22, 2022.

1.General. The Friends & Family Sale is organized by Lafayette 148 New York (“Organizer”), 141 Flushing Avenue, 8th Floor, New York, NY 11205. By purchasing Early Access tickets, purchasers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the terms of Organizer’s Privacy Policy concerning the collection and use of personal information. Such Privacy Policy is available for review at  https://www.lafayette148ny.com/privacy.

2. Details. Friends & Family Sale Early Access tickets will be available to purchase from 8:00AM EST on May 16, 2022 to 12AM EST on May 22, 2022, while supplies last. Tickets may only be purchased online from Eventbrite by following all the related instructions thereon. No tickets will be sold at Lafayette 148 Retail Stores. All sales are final and nonrefundable. Each Early Access ticket entitles the holder to exclusive shopping on May 23 and May 24, 2022. The ticket holder will receive an email with link to shop with a promo code to access Friends & Family Sale prices and redeem the additional 50% off online.

None of Organizer, its affiliates and Eventbrite and any employees or agents of any of the foregoing, is responsible or liable for any losses or injuries of any kind resulting from lost, incomplete, late, damaged, delayed, or misdirected orders, communications, or tickets.

Friends & Family Sale Early Access is governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York without regard to principles of conflict of laws. By purchasing Early Access tickets, purchasers agree that (i) all claims, and judgments shall be exclusive of punitive, incidental, consequential damages, or costs of enforcement, (ii) all causes of action will be resolved individually, without the use of any form of class action, and (iii) exclusive venue for all causes of action will be New York County, New York.
