Description

Electronic discovery (sometimes known as e-discovery) is the electronic aspect of identifying, collecting and producing electronically stored information (ESI) in response to a request for production in a lawsuit or investigation. An expert on the instruction of e-discovery will help you learn the basics and give a demo of soft- ware that can help with this process.

1.0 CLE credit is available.

Parking on the east side of the Protective Services Building is free.

You do not need to print or otherwise bring your Eventbrite ticket.

The Dane County Bar Association and Madison College's Paralegal Program are pleased to co-sponsor Tech Tips for Legal Professionals, a series of monthly training sessions offered to everyone in the legal industry.
