Description

SULNE has published the open access e-book entitled ‘Studying EU law in Scotland during and after Brexit’.

We are delighted to announce that the Scottish Government’s Minister for UK Negotiations on Scotland's Place in Europe – Michael Russell MSP – will launch the e-book at this event on 8 January 2018. We have great pleasure in inviting you to join us.

The purpose of the e-book is to help us all to understand what Brexit means, what its impact will be on the UK’s relationship with the EU and any specific implications that may have for Scotland.

This e-book has been written as a collaborative venture between academics across and beyond Scotland who have spent many years teaching and reading, researching and writing about their respective fields of expertise. It also contains contributions from Rob Marrs of the Law Society of Scotland and Kirsty Hood QC of the Faculty of Advocates

In pooling our resources and working together on this book, the Scottish Law Schools have produced what we hope will be a useful guide for all those who need to stay informed and up to date as the UK government’s negotiations regarding our future relationship with the EU develop.

The e-book ‘Studying EU law in Scotland during and after Brexit’is available here: https://sulne.files.wordpress.com/2017/11/studying-eu-law-during-and-after-brexit-1st-edition.pdf
