For almost five years, Sarah Hackwith has been leading group fitness classes with the desire to motivate others through a sense of personal power and accomplishment. Much of her fitness experience came from her 20+ years as a ballet & modern dancer, as well as her time spent as Trainer Lead for Bari Studio in New York City, a boutique studio specializing in trampoline rebounding and dance cardio. She has continued to teach classes since her relocation to Boise, and is passionate about introducing people across the country to the benefits of rebounding.
What inspires you?
"When other people share their dreams with me. This life can turn into a grind if we aren't careful, and I think dreams are what inject hope into our daily lives. When someone trusts me enough to divulge what they truly want in this world, I find myself inspired to live more authentically in the pursuit of my own personal goals, too."
