• The program include two one-hour monthly group sessions held virtually. Each participate will also receive a one-hour individual session held by phone or virtually to discuss their individual questions or concerns.

• Each cohort is encouraged to build relationships among their peers to create additional connections in the nonprofit community.

• Each participant will sign a confidentiality agreement (just like Vegas, “what happens in the group, stays in the group.”
