Description

Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac (the Enterprises) and FHFA are co-hosting public listening sessions as part of the Duty to Serve program’s second DTS Underserved Market Plan (UMP) Cycle 2021-2023. The purpose of the listening sessions is to give stakeholders a public opportunity to provide in-person feedback and suggestions for the Enterprises to consider as they develop the three-year UMPs, which will describe the activities they will undertake to meet the Duty to Serve obligations.

Each session is tentatively scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m. Continental breakfast and lunch with refreshments will be provided. For those unable to attend one of the listening sessions who wish to make suggestions to the Enterprises, public input may also be submitted through DTS’s website public input section at: https://www.fhfa.gov/PolicyProgramsResearch/Programs/Pages/Duty-to-Serve.aspx.
