Salesforce and Duquesne University are partnering to bring you TWO Sales Cloud courses on campus!
Overview
This two-day workshop will cover our Sales Cloud Training for Sales Reps and our Sales Cloud Training for Sales Managers. This is a must for Sales Representatives and managers who are new to Salesforce Sales Cloud and need to quickly get up to speed on its productivity tools. Sales Reps will learn how to use the Sales Cloud to track prospective clients, manage accounts and opportunities, manage their workflow, communicate with clients, and run reports. Sales managers will practice running sales reports, forecasting with realtime data, tracking quota attainment, and using productivity tools to successfully manage sales teams.

This course is offered free for students and faculty at Duquesne University. Typicall these courses are offered at $1,400 to professionals.
