The City of Dunedin in partnership with UF/IFAS Extension will offer film screenings that will explore a range of sustainability issues. These free screenings are family friendly for adults and youth 5th grade or older. Each film will be followed by the opportunity for discussion.
March 8 - A Fierce Green Fire - The first big-picture exploration of the environmental movement spanning fifty years from conservation to climate change. See the trailer.
June 14 - Truck Farm - An exploration of a new generation of urban farming - can cities learn to feed themselves? See the trailer.
September 13 - Weather Gone Wild - Explore recent extreme weather events and the scientific projections of what we can expect over the next few decades. See the trailer.
December 13 - Just Eat It - We all love food - so why are we throwing so much of it away? Filmmakers and food lovers Jen and Grant dive into the issue of waste from farm, through retail, all the way to the back of their own fridge. See the trailer.
