EMBODI 2017 Conference

The EMBODI Program of the Minneapolis-St. Paul Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is hosting a FREE Conference for African-Amreican males in grades 8th to 12th

The conference will take place on Friday, April 7, 2017 8am to 1pm at:

Stratasys, 9600 West 76th Street, Eden Prairie, MN 

 

The conference will provide invaluable workshops for the young men to participate in across a broad array of topics, including: aerospace, defense, automotive, health care, tooling and education..

 

 

We encourage schools, parents, counselors, community based organizations, Fraternities and Churches to register their young men to attend this FREE Conference.

This is a FREE community event, however pre-registration is required. Registration will remain open until all ticketshave been claimed.

The EMBODI Program (Empowering Males to BuildOpportunities for DevelopingIndependence) is a National Program of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. designed to assist young males in achieving success through positive means. 

About Minneapolis-St. Paul Alumnae Chapter

The Minneapolis/St. Paul Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated was chartered in 1966. This chapter has committed itself to contributing to the betterment of the Twin Cities metro area through various service programs and events. Over 300 Deltas reside in the Twin Cities Metropolitan area. Each year, members volunteer at various organizations that are dedicated to uplifting and helping those in need. Consistent with our national initiatives, our goals are to increase our presence in the community and to make a greater impact through the following service activities: Youth Development, Voter Registration drives, Social Action forums, Scholarship workshops, and Health Education Forums
