Event description

Description

Join Dr. Jeremy Stiffler from Gold Medal Physical Therapy at Charm City Run Bel Air on December 12th to learn how dry needling can help manage your pain from sports injuries and tight muscles to chronic, nagging pain. The procedure helps to eliminate your pain by releasing shortened bands of muscle and hypersensitive trigger points. In addition to talking about the benefits of dry needling, Dr. Stiffler will do a live demo in the store!

Dry Needling has been proven as an effective treatment for many types of pain including musculoskeletal pain, radiating pain, and deep pains which cannot be touched with your finger. It can be administered to most parts of your body, such as low back, neck, legs, arms, face, jaw, hips, thighs, elbows and forearms.
