Sacred Drum Making Workshop
Join us in celebrating our sacred relationship with the drum. Honoring the spirit of the animal while creating with your own hands can be a deeply moving and spiritual experience. Your intention is a valuable tool when creating power items and guarantees a connection beyond what you'll experience with a "bought" drum.
Some call this process 'birthing', which is quite fitting as you're literally creating new life from death. It's this ability to create that makes us such a divine and empowered people. Our relationship with the animal kingdom, and our mystical connection to sound, is both ancient and revered.
During the workshop we'll honor the spirit of the animal through ceremony, and manifest a truly unique and powerful tool for spiritual growth. Each attendee will leave with a handmade drum and drumstick, while enjoying the opportunity to meet and work with like-minded practitioners. Our gathering is held the weekend before Halloween during the first days of the new moon. The air will be rich with magic, the celebration of our ancestors, new birth and beginnings.
Please inquiry if you have any questions beforehand. All space, materials, and instructions are included with your ticket. Dress for a hands-on experience and refrain from wearing heavy scents.
We gather strictly in the spirit of love and companionship. All people and faiths are encouraged to attend.
Walk in beauty.
