About this Event
HO HO HO! Every year the Dedham Youth Commission provides gifts to over 400 children in Dedham thanks to awesome organizations and individuals like you! As you can imagine, due to the current pandemic, the need is even bigger this year! Therefore, the DYC , Endicott Estate and the Parks & Rec Dept are teaming up to host a night of Holiday Cheer and Family Fun on Friday, December 4th. To gain admission to this event, we are kindly asking you to donate a $50 gift card, which will be given to a child in need this Holiday Season. (Gift cards to major retailers please - Walmart, Target, Amazon or Visa).
Ok, now on to the event details! This night will be magical and memorable! The Endicott Estate will be glowing with holiday themed uplighting, a photobooth featuring Santa will be available, and the Grinch will be shown on the 20 FT big screens! Of course, Holiday music and fun videos will be played as you arrive at the event!

EVENT RULES & FAQs
Q: Can I bring chairs to sit outside my car?
A: No. Due to Covid 19 event guidelines, all attendees must stay inside their vehicles unless needing to use the restrooms. No out of car standing or seating is allowed.
Q: Will there be restrooms?
A: Clean and sanitized restrooms are located inside Endicott Estate.
Q: Should I keep my car engine on during the movie?
A: Car engines and headlights should be turned off during the movie. Please bring a blanket or warm clothes just in case the weather is chilly.
Q: How will I be able to listen to the movie?
A: All vehicles attending will need a functioning FM radio. Attendees will be given the FM frequency upon arrival. You may also listen to the movie by rolling down your windows if you like as outside speakers will be playing the movie sound as well.
Q: Can I bring my own drinks and snacks to the Drive-in?
A: Yes. However, alcohol is strictly prohibited. All local laws regarding consumption of alcohol will be in effect.
Q: Do I need to bring a mask?
A: We ask all attendees to wear a mask whenever stepping outside their vehicle.
Q:Do I need to register everyone in my vehicle?
A: No. After you register on Eventbrite.com, your name is automatically added to our guest list. A volunteer attendant will check you in and collect your donated $50 gift card at entry.
Q: Can I register on site?
A: No. All attendees must register online at Eventbrite.com before the event. Capacity will be limited to 40 vehicles for your safety and to ensure good views of the movie screens.
Q:Do I have a limit to how many people can join me?
A: A maximum of five (5) persons per vehicle will be allowed. This is for safety reasons, as well as for your in-car viewing enjoyment.
Q: Will the Drive-in take place if it rains?
A: No. In the case of rain, the event will be rescheduled to a TBD date.
Q: When should I arrive onsite?
A: Gates will open at 6:00 PM, 60 minutes prior to the movie start time. Early arrival will not have any effect on your parking location. Entry will be closed and will not be allowed once the movie begins.
Q: Can any size vehicle get a parking spot?
A: Yes, however cars will be parked randomly or may be placed based on vehicle size.
